At Sydney Hypnotherapy, our Initial Consultation is a pivotal first step in addressing the problem patterns that may be holding you back from achieving your goals. In this personalized session, we'll explore how you experience feeling stuck, identify key blocks, and develop strategies tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll create a focused pathway to help you overcome obstacles and work towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. I’m confident you’ll find my client-centric, one on one therapy beneficial and inspirational. First session is a 90 minute consultation The initial 30 minutes are free while you explore if Strategic Psychotherapy & hypnotherapy is right for you. If after your initial 30 minutes that you do not wish to explore the benefits of hypnotherapy then your session will finish at 30 minutes and you will be refunded your booking fee (If prepaid) *this is the full 60-minute consultation fee (Including the booking fee) Fee $250 (Note that fees vary if you are experiencing financial hardship - just call to discuss - it is OK to ask - I am here to help)
