Psychoeducation

What is needed to help the clients to change..

What was once perceived can now be seen differently..

when a shift in perception, based on knowledge occurs,

people can see things from a new and different perspective..

Helping people to see distinctions,

to perceive change, and reframing to

help to connect the dots..

When what once was, if it doesn't serve you,

no longer needs to be..

Lets work on reframing the perspective, to help you be more agile and have a different approach - will give you the potential to create a new future

Psychoeducation
a way to gain knowledge

What you think you know
that just isn't so....

Often people feel stuck because they believe that nothing - or they - will never change

The reality is the only thing that never changes is that everything changes!

Are you running Cognatative distortions?

Often fixed beliefs are held as true,

It is so important to to allow yourself the ability to see things from different perspectives as it will free you!

Let's talk about your experiences

Lets find your unique set of skills and the things you do well, so that we can work on unique personal strategies to help you get knowledge and get you unstuck!

The Goal of Psychoeducation

The purpose of psychoeducation is to improve knowledge and awareness regarding psychological conditions, available treatments, coping mechanisms and overall mental wellness.

It is among the most commonly utilized and more successful psychological techniques.

Psychoeducation can help validate a client's concerns, rendering even the most significant

issues more comprehensible and potentially much more manageable.

Crucially, psychoeducation plays a key role in skill development, equipping individuals with

coping skills, stress management strategies, emotional regulation techniques,

and much more.

People pleasing?
Learning to say no without guilt!

You deserve to be heard,

You belong and are allowed to take up space,

You have the right to protect your time and energy,

to be able to say "No" - with no apology.

However... if you like many people can't say "No" without feeling bad.

Or like many people run guilt if they even lean towards saying "No"

I am hear to help you learn good

Rules, Boundaries and Limitations!

The best time to change your old patterns is now!

Maybe you were trying to stay safe....

where you didn't learn it was safe to say "No' with no fear!

Maybe you didn't learn that "No' is a complete and valid sentence,

Maybe because people made you feel saying "No' was a problem..

Maybe you weren't taught that you and your needs ALSO mattered...

Maybe you were only validated & praised for being 'quiet', 'easy' or 'super well behaved"

If you are a people pleasure, then you have been conditioned

to have the people pleaser learned response..

I am here to help you learn a new way to be

to learn that "No' doesn't need a drill down or explanation of your reasons.

Become who you want to be - by learning to say "No' without fear..

3 processes will help you so much!

Boundaries are important - and they don't end love.

Rules are important -and they apply to you and waht you will and won't do..

Limitations are important - and they will allow you to keep safe!
